Then try to do the same with your opposite foot. 

Toe Pull

The toe stretches help the muscles in your legs and ankles and these will make your muscles feel awesome. You have to sit in your choice and then raise your leg off the ground. Keep the leg straight and slowly try to point the toes back towards the body. Then hold this position for sometime and then release your toes. Gently lower the leg and repeat it several times with each leg.
