Skeleton Muscle

In our body, skeleton system also works from the muscles of the body. Thus, it reacts to the conscious action of the body. Therefore, it controls the reflex action of the body, and an adult is, made up to 42 percent of the skeleton muscle. The muscle is, used in the body for the skeleton movement and postures. Thus, it is, known as the skeleton muscle.

Cardiac Muscle

This muscle has a great place in the human body. The heart is, made with this muscle. Thus, this muscle makes the mass of the heart, and it is a vital pumping organ. Cardiac muscle has a similar structure like the skeletal muscle and is an involuntary muscle also. Therefore, this muscle is, known as the cardiac muscle.

Smooth Muscle Exercise

Smooth muscle is an involuntary muscle, in the body. This smooth muscle is, divided in the two group’s single unit and multi-unit smooth muscle. Smooth muscle is, found in the structures like in stomach, intestines, bladder, blood vessels, bronchi, etc. Thus, this muscle is, known as a smooth bladder.
