When you walk, you do it very slowly, which helps to burn calories more quickly.

As a former fat burner, i.e., someone who tried and failed with many different types of weight loss programs, i.e., cycling, jogging, swimming, stair climbing, running, and yoga, I was always under the impression that cardio workouts were just for hardcore fitness junkies and that there would never be a program that could actually help me lose weight. However, after trying out so many different types of programs, i.e., cycling, jogging, swimming, stair climbing, running, and yoga, it becomes clear to me that I have been completely wrong. With the right types of cardio workouts, i.e., a few minutes or intervals every day, you will find yourself becoming more fit than ever before.
